Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch
About two weeks ago, we went on a field trip with our 4-H group to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch. When we lived in Cleburne, we had a similar wildlife ranch nearby that we went to a couple times. This is the same kind of place, but it was a little smaller. The kids had fun driving around and feeding the animals.
Before we went on the driving tour, we had a class with one of the workers at the ranch. These are giraffe skeletons.
Giraffe facts on the wall. They have a baby giraffe there, and I got a picture of it. But, it's on my phone, and I haven't put the pics on my phone on the computer yet.
Real ostrich egg shells
Some of our friends and fellow 4-H members
None of my kiddos wanted to be in the pic except one. Can you spot her?
I love the look on the face of this deer.
Longhorn and Watusi
This animal made us laugh because it was using its horns to scratch it's back.
Look at the horn on that rhino!
Love it!! Begging for food!
This one looks like it is smiling. :-)
