Staying Amused


The kids are watching a movie on the computer and sitting on the ottoman together. Teeny put her arm around Monster and it looked absolutely adorable. Of course, by the time I got the camera out, Monster had turned around. It's still a cute picture.



Daddy told Teeny to do "cheezers," and Monster did his first cheezer, too. It was super cute, although this makes him look upset or something. He's not; he was doing cheezers. I guess I just got it a little late. :)



Daddy's double yolk egg for breakfast. We thought it was amusing.



We got tickets to go to Cowboys Stadium to watch the BYU/OU game on Saturday, September 5. We are very excited to go even though our seats are at the very top of the stadium. Hopefully, it will be a good game. We are also excited to be able to check out the new stadium since the chances of us ever going to a Cowboys' game there are very slim.



Monster was trying to put Daddy's shorts on, and Teeny decided she needed to wear them too. This is what we ended up with. Two cuties--one in each leg! I really liked both pictures because of Monster's expression in the top one and because of Teeny doing her daddy impersonation in the bottom one. ;)





First off, don't worry it was only on long enough for me to take the picture. ;) Second, Teeny wanted to put it on because "her head hurt." She knows that we put it on daddy when something hurts like his foot or ankle. She decided she needed to put it on her head. It was pretty amusing because she was also wrapping it around her legs and belly because they "hurt, too!"

Friends' Birthday

In June, we were invited to a birthday party for twin girls who are Tink's friends from church. They have a big family and most of them live around here, so they had a big party and BBQ at the park. The kids (big and small ;) had a great time! They played a fabulous version of Duck, Duck, Goose! The person who was it carried around a pail of water. When they said Duck, they would sprinkle a little water on the person, but when they said Goose, they would dump the entire bucket of water on the person. It was hilarious to watch! The girl getting the water dumped on her head has the same name as one of my daughters. I just love the expression on her face. Priceless! Pictures of the Belly....FINALLY!!!

Okay, so now that we are 38 1/2 weeks along (as of the date of the pictures), we finally got some pictures of the baby bump....well, it's more of a baby mountain, I think, but at any rate, here they are. Enjoy! See what I mean--it's huge! ;) It's like a little seat for Mya. Here are some new pictures of the cute little booger. She just keeps growing and learning new words. She speaks in sentences and climbs on everything. She loves to brush her teeth and wash her hands. And, inevitably, she has learned the word NO. Sometimes it drives me nuts because she says it no matter what you ask her and no matter if she really does want something or not. I know that all kids are like that, but I kept hoping she wouldn't learn it. Oh well! C'est la vie! :) She learned this from her daddy! :) A cute picture of daddy and daughter at a Primary activity.
