Playing with Daddy



Daddy with an ice pack wrapped on his face. I thought it looked pretty amusing. We were finally able to get in to see the dentist, and he doesn't have dry socket. He does have an infection, so the dentist gave us a prescription for an antibiotic. Daddy just started taking it last night, and by 9pm he was already starting to feel better. Yay!





These are just some fun pictures of the kids. The first two are from one day when we decided to go outside and have fun playing together.
The last one of Monster in Daddy's work boots we took because Monster was trying to eat them, so Daddy put him in them. Random side note, Monster loves shoes! When he finds them, he puts his hands inside them and then crawls around the house with them on. It is quite amusing. I haven't gotten any pictures of him yet, but when I do, I will definitely post them.



Just some cute pictures of Daddy playing with the kiddos--they love their daddy so much and have tons of fun with him.

Along with appendices and tonsils I think we should just be born without the ability to grow wisdom teeth, more trouble than their worth. I hope Toby was able to have it done while being knocked out.

Friends' Birthday

In June, we were invited to a birthday party for twin girls who are Tink's friends from church. They have a big family and most of them live around here, so they had a big party and BBQ at the park. The kids (big and small ;) had a great time! They played a fabulous version of Duck, Duck, Goose! The person who was it carried around a pail of water. When they said Duck, they would sprinkle a little water on the person, but when they said Goose, they would dump the entire bucket of water on the person. It was hilarious to watch! The girl getting the water dumped on her head has the same name as one of my daughters. I just love the expression on her face. Priceless! Pictures of the Belly....FINALLY!!!

Okay, so now that we are 38 1/2 weeks along (as of the date of the pictures), we finally got some pictures of the baby bump....well, it's more of a baby mountain, I think, but at any rate, here they are. Enjoy! See what I mean--it's huge! ;) It's like a little seat for Mya. Here are some new pictures of the cute little booger. She just keeps growing and learning new words. She speaks in sentences and climbs on everything. She loves to brush her teeth and wash her hands. And, inevitably, she has learned the word NO. Sometimes it drives me nuts because she says it no matter what you ask her and no matter if she really does want something or not. I know that all kids are like that, but I kept hoping she wouldn't learn it. Oh well! C'est la vie! :) She learned this from her daddy! :) A cute picture of daddy and daughter at a Primary activity.
