Fun at the Park
This weekend we had Auntie T's girls over. Teeny absolutely adores Burny and Kell-Bells. She loves to play with them and follow them around and copy the things they say and do. I love having them around because it gives me some down time when I don't have to be the entertainer. It is nice.
After church today, we decided to take the kids to the park to play for a few minutes before we had to take the girls home, and we got some cute pictures of the kids.
Yesterday, we went to the Outlet Mall in Hillsboro just south of here. I was trying to find some inexpensive dress shoes for Teeny and shoes for Monster since he is about to be walking. I ended up getting a pair of flip flops for Teeny and no shoes for Monster. However, I did get some cute sunglasses for both of them and some really nice clothes for them both. I could've spent way more money than I did, but I was able to control myself, thankfully. I'm pretty sure I would have felt really guilty today if I had gotten anything more than I did.

I just had a random thought about the color orange. As everyone knows orange is Daddy's favorite color, so anytime we see children's clothing that is orange (and is Daddy approved) we want to get it. The part I find amusing is that both of my children look good in orange, which seems a bit odd since Teeny is very fair-skinned and Monster is olive toned. Interesting...
