Fashionista and Crawler

This is what Mya comes up with when she decides to dress herself. (Don't you love that sour look on her face? :) I find it quite amusing. Now, her clothing choices may have something to do with the fact that her summer clothes are in her dresser along with her socks, pajamas and tights while her warmer winter clothes hang in the closet where she can't reach them. I just wanted to share her "fashion" with you. :)
She absolutely loves to read! She is obviously related to me. ;)

I love this picture of Noah! It looks like he is saying, "Watch out! Here I come!" He still hasn't officially crawled with hands and knees moving together, but he gets around quite well.


And, of course, I just think he looks too stinkin' cute in this one! Oh, and you can see his two little teeth! I love them...most of the time! ;)

Friends' Birthday

In June, we were invited to a birthday party for twin girls who are Tink's friends from church. They have a big family and most of them live around here, so they had a big party and BBQ at the park. The kids (big and small ;) had a great time! They played a fabulous version of Duck, Duck, Goose! The person who was it carried around a pail of water. When they said Duck, they would sprinkle a little water on the person, but when they said Goose, they would dump the entire bucket of water on the person. It was hilarious to watch! The girl getting the water dumped on her head has the same name as one of my daughters. I just love the expression on her face. Priceless! Pictures of the Belly....FINALLY!!!

Okay, so now that we are 38 1/2 weeks along (as of the date of the pictures), we finally got some pictures of the baby bump....well, it's more of a baby mountain, I think, but at any rate, here they are. Enjoy! See what I mean--it's huge! ;) It's like a little seat for Mya. Here are some new pictures of the cute little booger. She just keeps growing and learning new words. She speaks in sentences and climbs on everything. She loves to brush her teeth and wash her hands. And, inevitably, she has learned the word NO. Sometimes it drives me nuts because she says it no matter what you ask her and no matter if she really does want something or not. I know that all kids are like that, but I kept hoping she wouldn't learn it. Oh well! C'est la vie! :) She learned this from her daddy! :) A cute picture of daddy and daughter at a Primary activity.
