Pig, Freezing Rain and Kids
We have a pig. Yes, you read that right, we have a pig. Well, we own a pig is a more accurate way to say it. Toby's mom is keeping him for us and raising him. His name is Dumpling--we were hoping to get a girl, but that didn't work out. Hence the name Dumpling. Anyway, why do we have a pig, you ask? Well, what are pigs good for......eating. Yep, we are going to get lots and lots of meat from our sweet little Dumpling....when he gets big enough, that is. Here is a picture of our little guy:

So, yesterday it was pretty chilly out and a little windy. It was raining and was about 32 degrees, which is freezing. So, we had wonderful freezing rain. It made everything thing look really cool and glassy. Thankfully, the streets weren't icy at all. At least not that I noticed. I decided to try my hand at the photography thing, and here are my results. (I'm still convinced that Toby would have taken much cooler and better pictures, but at least I try, right?)
And because I love my two little boogers so much, here are some cute pictures of them as well! :)
