Teeth & Eyes

Another week has flown by...where does the time go? It seems that time just disappears, and I guess in a way, it does. This week Teeny was supposed to get a cavity filled at the dentist's office, but unlike last time, would not cooperate with the dentist at all. So, the doctor gave us a referral to see a pediatric dentist. I have yet to call, but I just found the card again today. Maybe I will remember to call tomorrow.
Tomorrow I am going to a consultation appointment for LASIK. I am so excited! Well, I'm not really excited for the 3 hour consultation appointment but more for the prospect of finally getting my eyes fixed. I have worn glasses since I was in 2nd grade, and I am just plain tired of them. Plus, it will be nice to not have to worry about the kids breaking my glasses.
Daddy is going in on Tuesday to get his teeth cleaned and in two weeks will go back to the dentist to get some cavities filled. Next month he will go to the dentist again to get his wisdom teeth removed. Then, hopefully, we will be done with dental issues for awhile. :)
Monster's top front left tooth came in two days ago, and the right one is really close to breaking through. I think it will be a matter of days. He also has the other front top ones getting really close. He is getting to be quite the pro at crawling and is all over the apartment now. He follows us around everywhere. I love that he can move around and doesn't completely freak out when we lay him on the floor, but it is definitely more of a challenge too. He puts everything in his mouth so I am constantly pulling things out of it.
Teeny and Monster love to play together. She tends to tackle and maul him, and usually, he just laughs. It is pretty amusing. I love his laugh and I love how much fun they have together. Even when I think Teeny might be hurting Monster, he just starts laughing. I can't wait to see how things play out when he gets big enough to take her. That will be amusing. He is already the same size Teeny was when she turned one, and he's only 8 months old.
I guess that's about all that is going on with us right now. So, until next week....

Monster crawled under the foot rest of the recliner while Daddy was sitting in.

Another one of Teeny's outfits: Her tights are on backwards, and she has a Licoln log in her mouth.

Just a cute picture before going inside on a beautiful day. It was in the 80s and we went out to play with daddy after he came home from work.

Monster outside in the stroller just hanging out while Teeny and Daddy ran around and played.

Teeny sleeping in her bed. I thought she looked so precious.

Hey Julie
We like the haircut. About the lasix...make sure you talk to you dr. about how pregnancy might affect your eyes. I have friend who had lasix done then had children. Now she is back to wearing glasses. Just thought I would let you know.

Love you guys.
