Texas Bound


Well, it's official--we're moving to Texas. We have already moved out of our apartment and are currently staying with Toby's grandparents in Farmington, Utah. We will be leaving Saturday, March 22 to move down to Texas. We will be staying with Toby's Grandma and Grandpa Pevsner in Hurst (outside Fort Worth) once we get down there.



Toby doesn't have a job as of yet; however, we do have a few opportunities that we are waiting to hear back from. I will be staying home with Mya and continuing my business as a Pampered Chef consultant.
We are excited for the new opportunities and changes that await us, but we are sad to be leaving all our friends and family here in Utah. We will miss everyone, but we hope to be able to keep in touch with all of you. I guess that's pretty much the purpose of starting this blog.
We hope you are all having a great time with whatever is going on in your lives. We love you all!

Booo! I hate that you are leaving me now! This stinks... now I will have no one in my birth family around me again! You dont even know how nice that is... *sniff*
BUT, I do wish you a safe journey and hope to see you again really soon. I wish you the best of luck down there and hope that Toby finds some job soon. LOL

Friends' Birthday

In June, we were invited to a birthday party for twin girls who are Tink's friends from church. They have a big family and most of them live around here, so they had a big party and BBQ at the park. The kids (big and small ;) had a great time! They played a fabulous version of Duck, Duck, Goose! The person who was it carried around a pail of water. When they said Duck, they would sprinkle a little water on the person, but when they said Goose, they would dump the entire bucket of water on the person. It was hilarious to watch! The girl getting the water dumped on her head has the same name as one of my daughters. I just love the expression on her face. Priceless! Pictures of the Belly....FINALLY!!!

Okay, so now that we are 38 1/2 weeks along (as of the date of the pictures), we finally got some pictures of the baby bump....well, it's more of a baby mountain, I think, but at any rate, here they are. Enjoy! See what I mean--it's huge! ;) It's like a little seat for Mya. Here are some new pictures of the cute little booger. She just keeps growing and learning new words. She speaks in sentences and climbs on everything. She loves to brush her teeth and wash her hands. And, inevitably, she has learned the word NO. Sometimes it drives me nuts because she says it no matter what you ask her and no matter if she really does want something or not. I know that all kids are like that, but I kept hoping she wouldn't learn it. Oh well! C'est la vie! :) She learned this from her daddy! :) A cute picture of daddy and daughter at a Primary activity.
