Cereal Time
A couple weeks ago, we decided to let Hope try some rice cereal for the first time. I think she did pretty good and likes it. Now, if I would just remember to feed it to her more often...Nursing is just so much easier and quicker.
Friends' Birthday
In June, we were invited to a birthday party for twin girls who are Tink's friends from church. They have a big family and most of them live around here, so they had a big party and BBQ at the park. The kids (big and small ;) had a great time! They played a fabulous version of Duck, Duck, Goose! The person who was it carried around a pail of water. When they said Duck, they would sprinkle a little water on the person, but when they said Goose, they would dump the entire bucket of water on the person. It was hilarious to watch! The girl getting the water dumped on her head has the same name as one of my daughters. I just love the expression on her face. Priceless! Tink was laughing so hard when she got to dump the water on a big kid's head. I wish you could see her face. It was awesome. Tink eating a hot dog Skinja playing on the giant slip n slide
