Fossil Rim and Temple
One of these days I am going to remember to upload pictures in the right order. Anyway, this past Saturday we went to this place in Glen Rose called Fossil Rim. It is a wildlife center where you can drive your own car around a 9 1/2 mile trail and see all sorts of interesting animals mostly from Africa. You can also buy a bag of food to feed the animals. It is so amazing! Most of the animals will just walk right up to your car and stick their heads in. They even let you feed the giraffes right out of your hands. It was a really neat experience. Teeny had a really great time.
That afternoon we decided to drive up to the Dallas Temple to walk around and show Teeny and Monster. It is such a beautiful building! Hopefully soon, we will be able to get up there without the kids and do some temple work. I really miss going to the temple; it has been so long since we have been.
Obviously, the pictures are completely out of order. :)
Daddy took this cute picture of Teeny on one of the benches.
I don't like this picture of me, but I think the kids look adorable.

I thought these flowers were really pretty
All these pictures with the dinosaurs are part of an advertisement for Dinosaur World, which is also in Glen Rose. They were just outside Fossil Rim, and Teeny wanted to take pictures with them.
We have more pictures of other animals, but they are on the video camera right now. I think we have pictures of us feeding the giraffes. We also saw rhinos and cheetahs, but both animals were in fenced off areas. I don't remember if I actually got pictures of them or if I just got the video. Anyway, we had a really fun time. Maybe if you come visit, we can take you there.
