Zoo Pictures

We went to the Fort Worth Zoo a couple weeks ago. I thought I would post a few of the pictures that we took while we were there. Hope you enjoy!

Mya helped me make cookies a little while ago. Here are a couple pictures from that as well.

As far as everything else is going, we are doing great! We only have about 2 1/2 weeks--give or take a week or so--until the baby comes. We are trying to get everything ready, but it takes a little longer than normal since I get so tired so quickly now. I am getting the feeling that this baby is going to come earlier than we are expecting. I have been getting quite a few practice contractions. They have been a lot stronger today than in the past couple weeks, so I think it is definitely getting closer to the time for the baby to come. We will let you all know when he/she decides to come, and as soon as I can, I will post pictures and let you know how it went.
Toby has been working for 9 days straight now. This past week has seemed rather long, but that's okay because I have been able to get quite a bit of baby preparations done. However, I am very excited for Saturday to come--when he starts his week off. We're hoping to be able to go on a date sometime that week with just the two of us. We haven't done that since before Mya was born.
Speaking of that, Mya spent a couple hours yesterday with her Auntie Tisha without Mommy. I had to go to my hospital tour and wasn't able to take Mya. She loves spending time with her Auntie and cousins, but I could tell she was glad to be home with Mommy. And tomorrow I am going to a Pampered Chef meeting, so Omi (grandma) is going to watch her and hopefully be able to put her to bed. We'll see how that goes...;)
Oh! I have to tell you something that Mya did that was absolutely adorable. I was putting her to bed last night, and I always sing a couple songs before she lays down. I asked her what song she wanted me to sing (I usually sing Primary songs and Hymns.), and she said, "Child of God." Of course it was in her sweet little voice and didn't sound exactly like that, but you get the idea. Then, when I started singing it, she also sang along. She only sang the child of God part, but it was so sweet!
I hope you all have a great week! Happy Father's Day to all you dads and dads-to-be! :)
